Board Games is the 13th episode of the seventh season, and 152nd overall.

Grace and Jack discover a secret Vince has been keeping from Will. An old childhood rival of Karen disguised as a journalist takes over her company.

Synopsis[]

Always Woolley[]

A reporter from Parade magazine named Scott Woolley interviews Karen about her new status as CEO of Walker Inc. Unbeknownst to her, Scott is actually an old high school classmate seeking revenge for ruining his senior year by defeating him as student body president. Using his knowledge about Karen's mismanagement of company resources and plummeting stock value, Scott takes the matter to the board of the company and they vote for Scott to replace Karen.

Realizing she has nothing else to lose, Karen tells the members of the board that she is longer under any obligation to keep their personal secrets and perversions, to which they immediately react and vote to retain her as CEO.

Mince is fleeting[]

Jack and Grace take the day off of work to go to the movies. While at the supermarket getting snacks, they see Vince getting his shirt tucked by another man. Deducing that Vince is cheating on Will, Jack and Grace try to confront him but instead finds out that Vince has actually been fired from police service and is now working in the supermarket.
